I’m Emma Greenwood, a very approachable and experienced solicitor, with a substantial range of expertise since I qualified as a commercial property solicitor in 2006.

I’ve experience of working with a wide range of clients from large national PLC’s to smaller local independent businesses. I joined Sandersons Solicitors, based in Hull City Centre and Beverley, as part of their Commercial Property team in September 2013.

I deal with all aspects of commercial property work including landlord and tenant matters such as new leases, assignments and renewal leases. I also deal with freehold acquisition and disposal transactions, general commercial property work and larger development projects
