We work closely with major Building Societies and national Financial Services providers, to offer valuable Will-writing and Estate Planning services to their clients, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Family Trusts, Will Trusts, and Estate Administration, providing a level of expertise and value that they are proud to pass onto their customers. All appointments are carried out in our affinity partners' offices or in the clients own home.
The Will Writing Company are a founding member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), and has more IPW members for staff than any other legal services company in the UK. The IPW is an independent self-regulatory body that assures quality in the will writing industry through examinations and is also Trading Standards Institute code compliant.
In August 2013, the Will Writing Company became the first and only UK legal services company to receive the Crystal Mark from the Plain English Campaign for the clarity of our Will precedents.The Will Writing Company Ltd was founded in Nottingham in 1990.
